Senior Citizens

Senior Citizens make up about 1/3 of the customers I work with. I didn’t set out to target Senior Citizens as a customer group but rather they sought me out.

While working with my Small Business and Residential customers they would see how I was very patient, gave a lot of hands-on instruction, and extra help. These people started passing my name along to others they knew, such as their parents and other Senior Citizens, then the Senior Citizens started telling their friends about me, and on it went.

It didn’t take me long to notice that there is a great need for this group of people to have someone to gently help them. They tell me there simply isn’t anyone else they can find who helps them with the patience and hands-on that I provide.

Because of this need, I have spent time and effort focusing on how best to help Seniors with their computer and technical needs. I do so by fixing their issues, yet I take it a step further and also show them how to use a computer better and more safely.

I’m also on hand for their quick questions such as pop-ups on their computer, or when someone calls them saying they are Microsoft, Windows, or Norton, etc. trying to scam them.

I consider my customers as friends so I help them by offering the same advice I give to my friends and family members.
