Small Businesses often do not have a Tech to help them, they are on their own in finding answers to issues. Yet a Tech like myself can be as invaluable to you as I am to my other customers.
Once a Small Business owner decides to contact me they find that there are many benefits to working with a Tech such as myself. I’m different in that I work to get to know how you work and how you work on the computer then I make suggestions easier and better ways to accomplish tasks. After a new customer contacts me they often tell me the important repairs or fixes I have done for them have become less important than the tips and suggestions I make that help them every day.
I’m available days, evenings, and weekends because Small Business Owners do not only work 9-5 Monday to Friday. Once you are a customer of mine I’m there for your urgent questions. Furthermore, I do not charge my customers for those occasional five-minute questions. I do this to keep my customers comfortable in calling, texting, or emailing me.
My goal is to keep your equipment, and business, running so there is less of a chance of a major issue. Having me answer your quick questions often prevents my customers from doing something that will cause bigger issues later on.
